Description

The McKinley is the smallest of Mirrix's double-beam studio looms, purpose-built for large tapestries, rugs, and wide bead weavings. Its 28-inch frame delivers a 25-inch weaving width and up to 59 inches of continuous warping. The double-beam design lets finished work roll onto the lower beam as weaving progresses, enabling pieces far longer than the loom height. Constructed from anodized aluminum, steel, copper, and maple; the standard package includes four coils (8, 12, 14, and 18 dent), a shedding device with handle, wooden clips, a warping bar, and wrenches. Made at Mirrix's Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin facility.
