Mirrix Looms
Sturgeon Bay, WIFounded 1996
Mirrix Tapestry & Bead Looms designs and builds precision aluminum frame looms for fiber artists and bead weavers. Founded in 1996 by tapestry weaver Claudia Chase — who wanted a loom that was both professional-quality and portable — Mirrix manufactures all looms at its facility in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Each loom is engineered around an on-loom tensioning device and interchangeable coil system that supports setts from 8 to 18 EPI, making a single loom equally capable for fine bead weaving and heavy-gauge tapestry or rug work.
