The Concept2 SkiErg brings cross-country ski conditioning indoors, using dual strapless handles and an air-resistance flywheel to replicate the double-pole skiing motion. Made at Concept2's Morrisville, Vermont factory, the SkiErg engages the core, arms, and back in the same explosive pulling pattern used by elite Nordic skiers and functional fitness athletes. The PM5 monitor provides real-time performance data and connects to popular training apps.
