A wide-format cast iron braising skillet with a 12-inch cooking surface and 3.7-quart capacity, handmade from 100% recycled iron in Owego, New York. Designed for high-heat searing, stovetop-to-oven braising, and family-sized one-pan meals. Each piece is individually cast, hand-sanded smooth, and triple-seasoned with organic flaxseed oil.
