A contemporary cast iron frying pan handmade from 100% recycled iron in Owego, New York. The long forked handle dissipates heat for barehanded stovetop use, and the hand-sanded cooking surface develops a micro-texture for optimal oil adhesion. Each skillet is individually cast, sanded smooth, and pre-seasoned three times with organic flaxseed oil by founders John and Liz.
