Artisan cheesemaker in Central Point, Oregon's Rogue River Valley, handcrafting award-winning blue and aged cheeses since 1933. Their Rogue River Blue became the first American cheese to win World Champion at the World Cheese Awards (2019/20). They milk their own USDA Certified Organic herd on a 68-acre farm in Grants Pass, OR and age every wheel in caves at their Central Point creamery.
