Standalone U-bolt base for handlebar and rail mounting, made from zinc-coated steel at RAM's Seattle facility. Fits rails 0.5" to 1.25" diameter and includes a B-size 1" rubber ball for attachment to any RAM double-socket arm. A core building block for custom RAM mount configurations on motorcycles, bicycles, and ATVs.
