Description

The Old Hickory 7-inch butcher knife (Model 7025) has been an American kitchen staple since OKC introduced the line in 1924. The blade is high-carbon 1075 steel, hand-finished with a bead-blasted satin surface, and fitted with a traditional hardwood handle secured by solid brass rivets — all made in Franklinville, NY. The carbon steel takes and holds a razor edge that stainless rarely matches.

Made in the USA

Manufactured at Ontario Knife Company's Franklinville, NY facility, in continuous operation since 1912.
