Description
The MSA Skullgard has protected workers in steel mills, foundries, and aluminum smelters for generations. Unlike standard polyethylene hard hats, the Skullgard is molded from phenolic resin, which withstands radiant heat loads up to 350°F — conditions that would deform a standard HDPE shell. Manufactured at MSA's Murrysville, Pennsylvania factory and meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 Class G standards.
