The Hipshot Guitar Xtender lets electric guitarists instantly drop-tune a single string mid-song by flipping a lever — no hand-retuning required. Precision-machined at Hipshot's Interlaken, NY factory, the GT2 replaces one standard tuning machine and can be pre-set to any pitch below the string's standard tuning. Most players configure it for Drop-D, but it works for any alternate drop-tuning.
