A 3-quart hand-hammered copper braiser with 3-inch tall sides, crafted in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Ideal for soups, stews, chili, rice, and pasta, the tall walls and copper construction distribute heat evenly across the bottom and sides. Tin-lined interior and an optional copper cover sold separately.
