The signature Bevolo design, co-created in the 1940s by architect A. Hays Town and Andrew Bevolo Sr. Hand-riveted from American copper at the New Orleans workshop and available in natural gas, liquid propane, or electric in seven sizes from 14 to 36 inches tall. A fixture on the streets of the French Quarter since its introduction.
