Benchmark's reference digital-to-analog converter and preamplifier, hand-assembled in Syracuse, NY. The DAC3 HGC pairs an ESS ES9028PRO 32-bit converter with Benchmark's proprietary low-noise analog output stage, a built-in headphone amplifier, and remote-controlled volume — making it a complete front-end for a high-fidelity audio system. Stereophile Class A Recommended.
