Description

Benchcrafted's premium leg vise, blending traditional workholding with modern engineering. A massive cast-iron handwheel with three aluminum knobs allows the vise to travel its full range in roughly four seconds. The rolled-thread double-lead acme screw eliminates guide rods, letting workpieces register right against the screw for roughly 9 inches of functional depth — more than twice most cast-iron alternatives. Available in Glide M (fully machined) and Glide C (sand-cast) variants. Requires the separately sold Benchcrafted Crisscross.
