Penzeys Spices has been supplying home cooks and professional chefs with fresh-ground spices, herbs, and blends since 1986, grinding and packaging everything at its 300,000-square-foot production facility in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. Founded by Bill Penzey Jr. in a family spice tradition stretching back to 1957, the company sells exclusively through its own website and retail stores — never through Amazon or third-party retailers.
