VerifiedKalamazoo, MIFounded 1985
Heritage Guitars handcrafts electric guitars at 225 Parsons Street in Kalamazoo, Michigan — the same factory where Gibson built legendary instruments for decades before closing its Kalamazoo operations. Founded in 1985 by former Gibson luthiers Jim Deurloo, Marv Lamb, and JP Moats, Heritage has continued the Kalamazoo guitar-building tradition for nearly four decades, producing approximately 400–500 instruments per year using time-honored techniques.
