Founded by Charles Garrett, the ISO 9001-certified company builds detectors for hobbyist treasure hunting, professional security screening, and military countermine operations. With more than 300 employees at its Garland facility, Garrett is one of the last major metal detector manufacturers producing entirely on US soil.
