FINEX Cast Iron Cookware Co. crafts premium polished cast iron cookware in Portland, Oregon, combining vintage techniques with modern engineering. Founded in 2012 by Mike Whitehead and Ron Khormaei through a successful Kickstarter campaign, FINEX is known for its patented octagonal skillets with a distinctive stainless steel Speed Cool coil handle and a machine-polished, flaxseed-oil-seasoned cooking surface. Acquired by Lodge Cast Iron in 2017, FINEX continues to manufacture its heirloom-quality cookware in Portland.
