Epicurean was born in 2003 when a Duluth, Minnesota skatepark builder started pressing cutting boards from the same paper-composite Richlite material used for skatepark surfaces. The company now operates a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Superior, Wisconsin, where every cutting board, pizza peel, and kitchen tool is fabricated from non-porous wood fiber composite — knife-friendly, dishwasher-safe, and stamped Made in USA.
