Founded by Susan Camille Beckman Roghani in Weiser, Idaho, the company built its current 35-acre factory along the Boise River in 2001 — Idaho's first certified green commercial building. Products are made by hand in-house, including the hand-tied satin rosebuds that adorn each jar. The company has declined buyout offers and remains family-controlled under second-generation CEO Roshan Jihan Roghani Ishaq.
