Family-owned specialty condiment manufacturer founded in 1929 by Rose Biggi, who began bottling homemade horseradish in the cellar of her Oregon farmhouse during the Great Depression. Now the largest specialty condiment manufacturer in the United States, producing over 500 recipes under brands including Beaver Brand and Inglehoffer from their 80,000-square-foot facility in Hillsboro, Oregon.
